Refund policy

7-day refund

If Gutta isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. This applies to every plan.

How to ask

Email hello@trygutta.com from the address on your Gutta account, and say you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

What happens next

We refund the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. When a refund is issued, your paid access ends, and your free access stays.

Good to know

• One refund per customer.
• Requests after 7 days are not refunded. Your access runs until its end date.
• Gutta is a one-time purchase. It never renews on its own, so there is nothing to cancel.
• This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
